When I drink plain hot water, I call it my “old lady’s drink”, so – welcome to the club. I’m enjoying your blogs. I also started blogging again this month – and working out at the gym – and running. You’re not alone in having good intentions which tend to get “watered down” by summer and non-existent by December. Our good intentions often become hot-water-sans-teabag.
Keep writing, playing guitar, and read some of those books. I’d love to hear about the books.

Thanks Kathleen. I’ll check out your blog – sounds like you having a highly motivated January too. I should be running more too. The type of cardio I’m doing right now is more indoor (and not on the treadmill) but I usually get out there for one long run every week. I’m reading a book about the Holocaust but I’m not that far into it (it’s call the Years of Extermination). Aaaand I’m reading the Secret. And the Alchemist (50 pages left, but I put it down in August). And a book on financial management (I should read a book on time management). What’s your blog address??
